All business undertaken by The Tutors Online, a blogger, a Tutor and/or a Student/Tutee or his parent/guardian is taken subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using The Tutors Online website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict between any other terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Obligations of The Tutors Online
The Tutors Online will take necessary precautions to keep the details of a Tutor and Tutee/Student secure but will not be liable for unauthorized access to the information provided by a Tutor, Tutee/Student and bloggers on the Tutors Online Website.

Tutors and Tutees/Students may provide false information or behave in a way that is misleading or illegal. The Tutors Online does not offer any guarantee that Members are who they say they are.

The Tutors Online rely upon notification by any party using The Tutors Online website of anything which appears likely to breach our Terms and Conditions.

The Tutors Online may monitor all traffic and postings to their website and communications through the website.

The Tutors Online have the right to delete and/or block such traffic or material at their sole discretion.

The Tutors Online website allows for a Student/Tutee to view the Tutor’s profile and to contact a Tutor after the said fee is paid to The Tutors Online.

Then The Tutors Online Website allows a Student/Tutee to book a lesson or a tutoring session with a Tutor.

The Tutors Online reserves the right to withdraw or modify any aspect of The Tutors Online website or the entirety of it.

The Tutors Online reserves the right to remove or require the other party involved to remove, any materials posted on The Tutors Online website.

The Tutors Online reserve the right to restrict access to their website for any period and if necessary, permanently.

The Tutors Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Tutors Online website or parts of it.

The Tutors Online does not guarantee that their website is free of viruses or any other form of harmful components.

If necessary, The Tutors Online reserves the right to use the information we have stored on a user’s account.

The Tutors Online may use and provide data analytics to interested third parties and advertising.

The Tutors Online reserves the right to withdraw any material on their website which appears to be capable of breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions, or is bringing The Tutors Online website into disrepute or disregard.

The Tutors Online users will not be entitled to any reimbursement of any fees or expenses incurred as a result of any restrictions or for any inconvenience caused by said restrictions.

User Accounts
Our users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must notify The Tutors Online immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Duties of the Tutor
The Tutor guarantees that:

• They have the necessary experience and qualifications to provide tuition in the subjects specified by the Tutor on the Tutors Online website.
• A Tutor who is under the age of 18 must not contact a Tutee/Student under any circumstances.
• Their profile and information provided is up to date, accurate and truthful.
• They are over eighteen years of age​​.
• The Tutor has the legal right to work in the United States on a self-employed basis.
• Tutors must disclose any criminal convictions or misdemeanors they may have to The Tutors Online, including any received at any time after registering as a Tutor on The Tutors Online website and for as long as the Tutor remains registered.
• All information provided by a Tutor on the Tutors Online Website must be accurate.

Pricing Changes
The Tutors Online reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.

Payments
Payments for tutoring sessions must be made through The Tutors Online website. Accepted methods of payment include Credit Cards, Bank Cards, Stripe, PayPal, and US Money Order.

Students authorize The Tutors Online to charge their credit/debit card for payment charges on the day of payment.

Session Delivery
Tutors are expected to be punctual and deliver tutoring sessions professionally.

Compliance with Laws
Tutors must comply with all relevant educational and legal requirements in their states and regions.

Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend sessions on time and actively participate.

Feedback
Students are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and rate their Tutors after each session.

Student Cancellations
Students can cancel or reschedule a session without any penalty if done up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. No charges will be applied.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked tutoring session.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellations
Tutors are expected to maintain their schedules accurately. If a Tutor needs to cancel a session, they must notify the Tutee/Student as soon as possible. Tutors who frequently cancel sessions may face penalties, including suspension or removal from The Tutors Online website.

No-Call No-Shows/Student Absence
If a Tutee/Student does not show up for a session without prior notice, the session fee will still be charged and the Tutor will be paid for their time.

Tutor Absence
If a Tutor does not show up for a session without prior notice, the Tutee/Student will be fully refunded and the Tutor may face penalties, including suspension or removal from The Tutors Online website.

Rescheduling Policy
Tutee/Students and Tutors can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may be treated as a cancellation, and the respective fees may apply.

Refund Eligibility
The Tutors Online will refund a Tutee/Student’s payment based on the following conditions:

• Tutor cancels a session.
• Session did not occur due to technical issues on The Tutors Online website.

Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days after the scheduled session. After receiving the request, The Tutors Online will review and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

Policy Changes
The Tutors Online reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time.

Intellectual Property
The Tutors Online Intellectual Property cannot be used without The Tutors Online consent.

Indemnity and Liability of The Tutors Online
Anyone using The Tutors Online website agrees to indemnify The Tutors Online against all claims, liabilities, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
